Our Respect for Music, Lyrics and the Artists Behind Them

At TuneInk, everything we create is inspired by the power of music. Whether it's a custom design or a personalized product, our work begins with the lyrics that resonate with people — and the artists who brought them to life.

We see lyrics as more than just words. They're feelings, memories, and connections. They're the moments that define our experiences — heard, felt, and cherished. That's why we handle every lyric with respect and view every creation as an homage to the artist behind it.

Designed for Fans, Not Mass Production

At TuneInk, every product begins with a lyric and a fan who connects with it.

Each piece is crafted with care, attention, and creativity, not mass production. Every item we make is personalized, created for one individual fan, one lyric, one meaningful moment. These are not bulk productions made for profit. They are expressions of appreciation from real fans who feel deeply connected to the words and the artist behind them.

We don't create to exploit, we create to honor. We are not trying to profit from someone else's work. We are helping fans carry a piece of what they love into the world, to wear it with pride, to share it with others.

We believe in sharing that connection, not commercializing it. That is why each product is made to order, one at a time. No warehouses. No inventory. Just a thoughtful process that respects the song and the artist behind it.

This is fan expression, built from appreciation, not appropriation.

Where We Source Lyrics

We use lyrics that are publicly available from established platforms such as Genius, Musixmatch, and AZLyrics. These platforms exist to connect fans with the music they love, and we interpret public availability there as an indication that artists want their words to be accessible, appreciated, and shared.

If a song's lyrics are not published on any of these platforms, we take that as a clear signal to not use them. We respect that choice and do not include them in our designs.

TuneForward: Giving Back to Music

To demonstrate our commitment to the creative community, we donate $1 from every music-themed product to the ASCAP Foundation through our TuneForward program. This organization supports music education and access to music programs in public schools.

We do not just reference lyrics. We reinvest in the very culture that makes those lyrics meaningful.

For Artists, Publishers, and Rights Holders

If you are a songwriter, publisher, or rights holder and would prefer we not use your lyrics in any design, we welcome your input.

If you are open to exploring a collaboration or licensing partnership, we would love to work with you to officially honor your work in a meaningful, artist-first way.
